J. Chuck Sastre Memorial Scholarship
Nick's first music teacher, J. Chuck Sastre, left more than a lasting impression on the young musician. J. Chuck guided Nick as a young musician from elementary school through college and beyond to the professional atmosphere. Losing his battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, at the tender age of 49, J. Chuck will never be forgotten.
Nick immediately formed a Benefit Concert in J. Chuck's memory to begin a Memorial Scholarship which is given out to high school students where J. Chuck was Nick's former instructor.
